The AI programme consists of breakfast, continental breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast & lunch are served at the Patio restaurant. During lunch & dinner wine is offered. Continental breakfast can be taken in the room from 07:30-10:00. Also at the disposal of the AI guests is the Beach Grill (casual) and for dinner the open-air Calabash (traditional cuisine), Verandah (international cuisine), Le Gourmet (French cuisine, upon reservation) and the Bayside casual candle-lit restaurant (Italian cuisine, upon reservation). Snacks are also available. Locally & international produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks are served at the main bar (10:00-01:00), the piano bar (18:30-until last guest leaves), the Island bar (09:00-17:00) and the Bayside bar (during dining hours).

Sport facilities at the hotel include five tennis courts (two with floodlight), two a/c squash courts, lawn croquet, beach volleyball, giant chess, aerobics, basketball, art & craft classes, unlimited golf at the nearby Upton Hills 18-hole golf course (with free transportation & green fees), indoor games room (with board games, pool, table tennis, large screen television area), a/c fitness centre situated on the beach, separate aerobics deck, four jacuzzis, scuba diving (PADI, up to two tank dives daily for certified divers or one pool lesson & one sea dive for beginners), water-skiing, sailing, windsurfing, snorkelling, kayaks and glass bottom boat trips (all with professional instruction) and private island for ?au natural? sunbathing (with snack & bar service throughout the day). There is nightly entertainment from the resident band & a variety of local artist plus a weekly Caribbean beach party. The piano bar is open till the last guest leaves. Also included is a trip to Dunn?s river falls, sunset catamaran cruise, hordes riding on a nearby plantation, trip to Margaritaville bar and shopping shuttle to Ocho Rios.
