The modern Riu Cypria Bay Hotel is located two kilometres from the centre of Paphos and set within a peaceful green belt area with its own private beach nearby. The town centre of Paphos and ancient castles are just two kilometres away and also there are Roman villas with mosaic floors about ten kilometres away.

The hotel offers 219 rooms and each room is equipped with bathroom, hairdryer, telephone, ceiling fan, central air conditioning/heating (depending on the weather), small fridge, sat-TV and Pay-TV, surround music channel, in-room safe (additional charge) and balcony.
All Inclusive Food & Drinks
The AI programme consists of breakfast (07:30-10:00), Continental breakfast (10:00-12:00), lunch (12:30-14:30) and dinner (S:18:30-22:00 & W:18:00-21:30, two sittings), all buffet style, served in the Semeli restaurant. Also at the disposal of the AI guests is the lobby bar for Continental breakfast (10:00-12:00) and the Thalassa restaurant for lunch (12:30-14:30, summer). Snacks are available at Thalassa (15:00-17:30, summer) or the lobby bar (14:30-17:30 & 22:00-24:00, winter). Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks like spirits, cocktails, beer (not bottled), wine, juices and soft drinks are served from 10:00-24:00 at the pool bar (Apr-Oct: 10:00-18:30 & Nov-Mar: 10:00-16:00, weather permitted), the lobby bar (10:00-24:00), and the Falcon Night Club (20:00-24:00).

Sport facilities at the hotel include different activities organized by the entertainers (volleyball, shuffleboard, table tennis, boccia, etc), swimming pool (till 20:00), squash court (available at Riu Cypria Maris), two hard artificial grass tennis courts, water polo, mini football, beach volley, French bowls, mini club (4-12yrs old, 6 times/week) and gym (modern gymnastic, cardio-vascular equipment, Jacuzzi, aerobic, aqua-aerobic classes, stretching - all supervised by qualified instructor). A varied day & night daily entertainment programme takes place from 10:00-24:00. Several theme nights, disco night, cabaret, dancing shows, competitions, and many other events are included in the animation team?s weekly programme as well as live music several times per week.
Chargeable Extras
Games room (video/electronic games, internet access, pool table), baby sitter, direct dial telephone, pay TV, in-room safety deposit boxes, late check out, floodlit tennis and water sports (canoes & pedal boats from the water sports centre on the hotel beach of Riu Cypria Maris - weather permitted) are available at a charge.

On arrival, AI guests will be given an identification wristband along with their key card. It is kindly requested the wristband to be worn at all times. Guests losing their wristband will be charged a small amount. The identification bracelets are allergy tested and free of PVC. Clients can only order two beverages per person at a time. At the Semeli restaurant and the Falcon bar dress code applies for smart casual after 18:00 (gentlemen are not allowed to enter in shorts or armless t-shirts). Guests are kindly requested to conduct themselves in an appropriate manner according to the hotel?s policy and regulations.
