Zaton holiday village is a 3 and 4 star apartment and camping resort ideal for a family vacation full of fun and sports. It is situated amidst a 100-hectare pine forest with its own beach. The resort is located 15 km from Zadar and in the vicinity of the historical town of Nin, known for its mud which is used for medical purposes.
Accommodation
There are 593 apartments (ground and first floor) surrounded by rich Mediterranean vegetation in a pinewood forest. Accommodation is divided between studio apartments and apartments that can accommodate from 2 to up to 5/6 persons. General facilities include living/double room (twin bedroom and living room in the apartments for 5/6 persons) kitchenette, dining area, shower/toilet, SAT TV, telephone, coffee machine, safe, hair dryer and terrace or balcony with outdoor furniture. A number of studio apartments and apartments are more spacious and also offer extra facilities such as: internet access, air conditioned cooling-heating and microwave oven. Located around the camp there are also mobile homes for 5/6 persons with double room, twin bedroom plus bunk bed, dining corner, kitchen corner, gas cooker with 4 rings, microwave oven, refrigerator , SAT TV, air conditioning (cooling-heating), shower, separate toilet and patio with outdoor furniture.
Sports & Leisure
There is a family pool and a separate kid?s pool with water effects and toboggan. Also massage and fitness club, lounge chairs and beach umbrellas for rental, showers, sandbox playground, children?s playground and lifeguards. The complex provides 12 clay tennis courts (4 with lights), tennis-centre school, diving-centre/school, horseback riding-centre/school, table tennis, mini golf, boccia, billiard, darts, mountain bicycles, aerobic, aqua-aerobic, trim track (18 stops), basketball, soccer, handball, and beach volley ball. Other activities available include: wind-surfing, water skiing, parasailing, banana, tub, canoe, jet-sky and tennis and beach volley ball tournaments. Guests can also participate in excursions (Kornati Island, Krka Waterfalls, Plitvice Lakes, Modric Cave, Split, Trogir). During the day there is an entertainment program, animation and sports for adults and children. During the evening guests can enjoy show programs, gala-evenings, live music and a discotheque (located outside the village centre). In addition the resort there is a mini-club (4-12 years) before and afternoon and a teen-club (13-19 years) daily, pony riding, mini-cars and kindergarten.

On the main street of the resort guests can also find an a la carte restaurant, a self-service restaurant with a terrace, tavern, pizzeria, pastry shops, and cafes. To complete the range of facilities guests can also find a boutique, souvenir shops, newspaper stand, jewellers, hairdresser, medical help, exchange office and ATM-bank teller machine and an internet corner.

Zaton Holiday Village is free of cars which is especially convenient for families with small children. Parking slots are in shade and close to the apartments. The camp has 1500 pitches with electricity and water sewage, 450 camping spots with electricity, 6 contemporary sanitary facilities and waste water purifying system. The beach is 1500 m long with European Blue Flag. It has a shallow area (ideal for children), showers, dressing area, lounge chairs and beach umbrellas for rental. In the marina, small boats, row boats/motor boats can be rented. There is a bus service from Zaton Holiday Village to Zadar. Pets allowed up to 7 kg.
