The Phoenicia Malta is one of Malta?s most prestigious hotel, situated among seven acres of mature gardens. The restaurant, brasserie, lounge and bars offer guests a choice of Mediterranean, Maltese and continental cuisine and beverages, in either formal or informal settings. Dining at Phoenix Restaurant is anticipated with pleasure and recalled with nostalgia in this fine dining restaurant with international, Mediterranean and local influences. A la carte menu is available at a supplement (Dress code requires smart casual). The chefs of the hotel are renowned both for the quality of their preparation and their imaginative presentation, making every visit a gastronomical feast. Pegasus Brasserie offers a casual setting for a more informal dining experience, with French and Mediterranean cuisine. The Club Bar is the place to enjoy a pre-dinner cocktail on the veranda, or after dinner to savour a fine brandy and an aromatic cigar, smoked in the comfort of an authentic colonial atmosphere with soft background music. Palm Court lounge offers drinks, snacks and traditional afternoon tea, while at guests? disposal there is also the Bastion pool bar & restaurant (open seasonally).
Sports & Leisure
The Phoenicia Malta offers a range of sports and leisure facilities that includes the opportunity to plunge into the all-year-round fresh water swimming pool (heated in winter) or jacuzzi, accessible through seven acres of terraced gardens, or the chance to work out in the Phoenicia?s fitness room to help tone up those muscles. The more leisurely inclined can enjoy a round or two of mini golf under the welcoming shade of the cypress trees. A children?s play area is also available (unsupervised).

Malta International airport is 8km away. A limousine service for airport transfers can be booked from the hotel. Shuttle service is not provided regularly but can be organised upon request.
