The Ephesia is set in large gardens directly on the longest stretch of sandy beach in Turkey. It is 70km from Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport and 125km from BJV, 7km to the centre of Kusadasi. Regular excursions operate to many historical sites nearby such as Ephesus Antique City and Theatre and the Temple of Artemis.
Accommodation
All rooms are fitted with air conditioning, mini bar, carpet, direct dial telephone, TV and a balcony to view the sunset.
All Inclusive Food & Drinks
The AI programme consists of breakfast (07:00-10:00), late breakfast (10:00-10:45), lunch (12:30-14:00) and dinner (19:30-21:30), all buffet style, served in the main restaurant. Snacks such as hamburgers, cheeseburgers, sandwiches, omelette, spaghetti, fried potatoes and pizza are available between 13:00 & 17:00. At Pide House guests can taste five different Turkish pizzas (mince meat, cheese, chicken, vegetable and Lahmacun) from 12:00-17:00 as well as Turkish Gozleme, spinach, cheese, potatoes, Ayran and juice service is between 13:00 & 17:00 (till 15/09). Tea & coffee time with salted & sweet cookies is from 17:00-18:00; ice cream time from 16:00-18:00. Midnight soup (fresh daily) is offered from 24:00-01:00. Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks are served from 10:00-24:00 at selected bars.

Sport facilities at the hotel include swimming pool, sun umbrellas & sun-beds, beach towels, mattresses at the pool, aerobics, table tennis, use of the fitness centre, boccia, darts, Turkish baths and a sauna. For children there is a mini club between 10:00 & 17:00 (12:00-13:00 there is a break). Entertainment programme is also available for the AI guests.

Imported drinks, A la Carte selections, room service, mini bar, laundry service, safety deposit boxes, Turkish coffee, billiards, water sports, scuba diving, surfing, massage, peeling, late check out (depending on availability) and doctor service are available at a charge.

At check in time guests receive a towel card from reception. This card allows them to use the beach towels. If the card is lost, a charge of 10 euro will be charged to client?s account. For those on night flights, the AI concept will continue though until the time of departure from hotel on the last day.

Transfer time from BJV airport to Kusadasi is approx. 2hrs. (totally 125 km to Kusadasi) ADB (Izmir Adnan menderes) airport is approx. 55 minutes to Kusadasi. Entry to Turkey for all UK citizens requires a visa, valid for 90 days, at the port of entry on payment of ?10 or 15 Euros (Scottish currency not accepted). International check-in /check-out law means that rooms are booked from midday to midday, not from guest?s arrival time at the hotel. Keeping your room on at the end of your stay maybe be possible, depending on availability, but would incur a local charge paid to the hotel.
