The Citadel dinning room serves breakfast and nightly theme dinner buffets featuring live cooking, continental and Egyptian cuisine. Le Dome serves live cooking breakfast, lunch and theme nights buffet dinner, and offers International and Egyptian cuisine with nightly entertainment. La Gondola a la carte restaurant, features creative Italian cuisine in a romantic indoor and al fresco dinning accompanied by live music. The restaurant offer is completed with three additional restaurants offering light meals, cocktails and a variety of drinks. The Ali Baba Oriental Café is an oriental styled rooftop café with breath-taking sunset views, serving Shisha (water-pipe) with wide selection of flavoured tobacco and oriental teas and coffees. Furthermore, there is a lobby bar and an enjoyable ?swim-up? bar. The discotheque located at the Sonesta Club, offers great music and a wide range of cocktails and snacks.

The AI programme consists of breakfast (06:30-10:30), lunch (12:30-14:30) and dinner (19:00-22:00), all buffet style, served in the Citadel restaurant. During lunch on Tuesdays ice cream is offered, and on Fridays, French fries. Customers can have late Continental breakfast at the Oasis pool bar from 10:00-12:30. Also at the disposal of the AI guests for dinner with prior reservation are the beach restaurant (seafood buffet night on Thursdays) and the Casablanca restaurant (set menu). Snacks are available between 15:00 & 18:00 at the Oasis pool bar as well as sandwiches, pizza and pasta during lunch time at the Beach & Blue Wave bar. Tea time with cookies & cake is from 15:30-18:00 at the lobby bar. Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks by the glass like American coffee, instant coffee, tea, herbal tea, espresso, cappuccino, cola, sprite, fanta, soda, mineral water, cocktails, house wine (white, rose, red), beer and spirits are served from 09:00-23:00 at the lobby bar, the Oasis pool bar, the beach bar, the Blue Wave bar and Cactus pool bar. In-room mini bars are filled on arrival only with two small bottles of mineral water.
