Disney Area Executive homes are guaranteed to be located within one of the following estates: Orange Tree, Calabay Parc, Highlands Reserve, Hampton Lakes, Tuscan Ridge, The Manors at Westridge, Town Center, The Sanctuary, Rolling Hills, Oak Island Harbor, Oak Island Cove, Indian Creek, Crescent Lakes, Cumbrian Lakes, Sunset Lakes, Bass Lakes, Bridgewater Crossing, Lake Berkley and more. These homes are aimed at guests who know what to expect in an executive home and are looking for reassurance on standard rather than a specific location. All the homes are located in the more up-scale neighborhoods in the Disney area and are of a higher standard.
Accommodation
The homes have 3, 4, 5 or 6 bedrooms and at least 2 full bathrooms, one being ensuite to the master bedroom. Each home is fully equipped with a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, all glassware, crockery, all linens and towels. Guests may obtain extra towels and linen, if required upon arrival for an extra charge. The homes consist of 1 or 2 storey (to be requested at the time of reservation) and has a lounge and living area. Within the lounge, there is a colour cable TV, a DVD or video player, there is also a TV in the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, and the other bedrooms have a double or twin beds. The outside area has a furnished patio and swimming pool. These can be heated, and must be requested at the time of reservation. Please note; the heating of the pool is not available during the months of June through to September. The occupancy levels of the homes vary: 3 bedroom sleeps up to 6 persons, 4 bedroom sleeps 8 persons, 5 bedroom sleeps 10 persons and 6 bedroom sleeps 12 persons.

Sporting and leisure activities include the swimming pool, or simply relaxing on the patio.

Please note; No animals are permitted. All of the homes are non-smoking, therefore guests can smoke on the patio/pool area only.

Due to the location of the properties we strongly advise you to pre-book Car Hire in order to get you to and from your property and to take full advantage of all that the area has to offer. Driving instructions will be provided to your accommodation within 3 days of your booking.
