The hotel?s restaurants offer specialities from all around the world, but also Mauritian (Rougail, Cari and Vindaye, for instance) and Chinese dishes. The main restaurant ?Le Manoir? serves breakfast in a tropical buffet and at night alters with theme buffets and menus. The à la carte? restaurant ?Le Cateau Vert? gives the possibility to guests to have lunch or dinner according to their tastes and choice. The main bar starts its operation as from 10am till 11pm. The Pool Bar offers a selection of exotic cocktails and a variety of home made flavoured rums. It starts its operation as from 10am till very late at night.
