This hotel is two kilometers away from the center of the Ciudad del Gallo, (Rooster City) as Morón is popularly known. Some buildings of high value from the points of view of architecture and urban planning; and remains of the small forts built by the Spanish Army during the second half of the 19th century to prevent the advance of the Cuban Liberation Army during the invasion from east to west, are preserved at the center of the city.
