The Hotel San Gabriele was rebuilt in the style of a former monastery. It offers bright rooms with individual charm. All rooms feature free wired internet access, and some rooms have free Wi-Fi. The lower floor is only accessible by stairs.

Many rooms at the San Gabriele feature vaulted ceilings and four-poster beds. Some rooms also have a waterbed or a spa bath. A laptop is available at reception for guests' use.

A rich breakfast buffet is available (for an extra cost) each morning in the Hotel San Gabriele. The rustic-style hotel restaurant, Il Convento, serves fine cuisine in a romantic ambience.
