Bayside Apartments is situated in a prime location of St. Julian’s and 3 minutes away from Paceville. We are a self-catering accommodation, you will have access to a fully equipped kitchen, allowing you to prepare your meals at your convenience. This gives you the freedom to dine in whenever you like, making your stay more flexible and personalized. Our property offers the perfect blend of convenience and accessibility to discover the city for your vacation.
All units come with a balcony, an equipped kitchenette with an oven, a microwave, a toaster and a kettle, a flat-screen TV and a bathroom with shower. Towels and bed linen are provided in the room for one time. Guests will find a paid token-operated washing machine, and dryer in the common area. Public transport like buses and cabs are easily accessible.
Boat trips /Tours/ Excursions/Bike hire is available at the property. You can engage in to popular and various activities, such as snorkeling, diving, cycling and fishing. The nearest airport is Malta International Airport, 10 km from the property.
1.Bayside Apartments is a self-catering/self-service apartment and provides a one-time setup of essentials, including bed linens, bath towels, and a starter supply of toilet tissues on guest arrival. No daily cleaning. Toiletries such as shampoo, body wash, and soap are not provided.
2. The Air Conditioning for the units in Bayside Apartments (Studios, 1 Bedroom, 2 Bedrooms) are coin meter operated starting from €1 with approx use of 100 minutes. Coin meters are located behind the doors of the units. The Air Conditioning for Studio Penthouse Apartment is meter payment. The guests are required to register and pay online (starting €5) when they need to use it and an email will be received with the 20-digit number to be entered into the meter box. The amount paid is equivalent to the Kilowatt consumption they can use.
3. The Jacuzzi/Hot Tub for the Penthouse Apartment unit is an extra service. It is by meter payment and therefore comes at an additional cost. The guests are required to register and pay online (starting €10) when they need to use it and an email will be received with the 20-digit number to be entered into the meter box. The amount paid is equivalent to the Kilowatt consumption they can use.
4. The heating function operates based on the surrounding temperature and the amount of water needing to be heated. During winter, the water heats between 7-8 hours at a maximum of 40 degrees (every 1 hour = 2 kilowatt usage approx). During the summer, the water heats for less than 5-6 hours at a maximum of 40 degrees or maybe less (every 1 hour = 2 kilowatt usage approx).
5. The Jacuzzi/Hot Tub is PRIVATE use for the Penthouse Apartment units only.
6. The damage deposit of €200 applies to a maximum of 1-4 people only. It is adjusted to €50 per person from the 5th person onwards. The deposit will be collected by credit card and reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
7. Between May and August (Summer Period) it is NOT SUITABLE FOR FAMILY WITH CHILDREN OR OLDER GUESTS due to the nightlife nearby and the group bookings.
8. When making a monthly booking (28 nights and above) between January to December this excludes monthly utility bills and a monthly wifi/TV connection of 50€. Cash on arrival at the property.
-monthly utilities for 2 Bedroom Unit (4 people in the room) will cost an extra approx. 160€ (for 2 people), 180€ for (3 people), 200€ for (4 people) monthly paid in advance at the property on arrival. The price will be adjusted according to the final number of people. However, please keep in mind that this amount may vary depending on what you think during your stay. -monthly utilities for 1 Bedroom, Studio, and Penthouse (2-3 people in the room), and will cost an extra approx. 140€ (2 people), 160€ up to (3 people), 180€ up to (4 people), monthly paid in advance at the property on arrival. The price will be adjusted according to the final number of people. However, please keep in mind that this amount may vary depending on your consumption during your stay. -50€ monthly wifi/TV connection applies to (28 nights and above). Cash on arrival at the property.
-200€ after check out cleaning fees for (28 nights and above) monthly or long stay which applies for laundry of linens, repainting, and deep cleaning works which are paid in advance. Cash on arrival at the property.
9. After check-out luggage service is chargeable for 3€ per bag. Cash payment only.
10. Room keys are to be always returned in the key box, Lost keys are chargeable for 75€.
