After 11:00, it may be possible for guests to enter the apartment if it is ready and, if not, they may drop off their luggage and return later. Please call the staff on arrival into the city on the number that appears on the Booking Confirmation email and a representative will meet guests at the apartment. If for any reason, the expected time of arrival is delayed by more than 30 minutes, guests should inform the property staff as soon as possible. On arrival: Guests must pay the remaining amount of their stay in cash. A member of staff will accompany guests to their apartment and supply them with all the necessary information for their stay. Guests will be supplied with 2 sets of keys.
