Inaugurato nel 2004, il Romano Palace è il primo hotel di lusso costruito in questa parte della Sicilia. Sorge sul lungomare di Catania, in una zona chiamata "La Plaja", immerso in 25.000 metri quadrati di giardini privati, a pochi minuti dal centro storico di Catania e dall'aeroporto "Vincenzo Bellini". 100 camere doppie e matrimoniali divise in categorie Classiche, Superior e Deluxe, con una splendida vista sul giardino privato, sul mare, sulla piscina o sull'imponente Etna. Tutte le camere offrono le più moderne e sofisticate attrezzature come: Tv Sat, Sky Tv, WI-FI ad alta velocità e connessione internet ADSL via cavo, minibar, noleggio laptop e cassetta di sicurezza. 4 Suite arredate con un design speciale e imponente che combina stili da est a ovest, secondo l'atmosfera internazionale e multietnica dell'hotel: il marocchino, il barocco dorato, il giapponese e il barocco bianco. Tutte con bagno doppio e vasca idromassaggio Jacuzzi, grande schermo al plasma 42-TV e una grande terrazza attrezzata con tavolo, sedie e comode chaise-longue. La piscina esterna è una piscina stagionale, aperta durante il periodo estivo.

The roof garden restaurant Papavero Blu opens in the morning for a rich breakfast buffet and in the evening becomes a perfect location for gala dinners and banquets.
The refined gourmet restaurant Coriandolo reflects the spirit that animates the hotel offering a rich selection of tasteful menus from the regional tradition, elaborated with the Chef’s creativity. The wine list is a window over the Mediterranean area with unforgettable bottles of most famous Italian cellars.
Close to the Tokaj Garden are the Arabic Fontains, ideal place where to relax for a breaks or a cocktail. As well as, the Buddha Bar area, a wide terrace surrounded by eucalyptus in the privacy of the hotels’ gardens, suitable for any kind of outdoor event.
The relaxing atmosphere of the main Lounge Bar is enriched by the warm colours of Egyptian marbles and oriental mosaics, delightfully combined with the green of our private gardens. Opening in the morning until late evening, for rich breakfasts, snacks, fine selection of teas and tasty cocktails, all accompanied by delicious appetizers home made by our Chef.
